The console’s navigation is broader than what ships today. A few items are placeholders for planned work, and one substantial feature is present but switched off unless your deployment opts in. This page is the honest map, so you don’t spend time looking for a screen that isn’t there.
Everything in the sidebar that isn’t listed as unavailable below is fully built and documented in these guides.

Not built yet

These appear in the sidebar and have no implementation behind them. Nothing to configure, and no API.
Clicking these leads nowhere useful. They are in the navigation to signal direction, not availability.

Off unless enabled

Load balancing is the one worth checking before you design around it. With it disabled, VPC networks are created with an offering that cannot carry a load balancer rule at all — so enabling the flag later does not retrofit existing networks. Ask whoever operates your deployment early.

Fully working endpoints with no console screen. Documented, and usable through the API.
